Gather with other Catholic young adults who share your energy and
excitement for the faith! Hear from three outstanding speakers,
and join in praise & worship and a holy hour.
Curtis Martin
Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS) President Curtis
Martin takes his cue from Pope Benedict XVI. During his first week
as Pope, Benedict XVI said, “The world offers you comfort,
but you were not made for comfort, you were made for greatness.”
Martin will speak about this generation of destiny. He will explain
why now is the time to turn to Christ with renewed commitment and
how we can live transformed lives in a lost world.
Colleen Carroll Campbell
Campbell will share inspiring stories and highlights from her interviews
with hundreds of young Christians across America, whom she profiled
in her book, The New Faithful: Why Young Adults Are Embracing
Christian Orthodoxy.
She will talk about the unique role that young Catholics play in
the creation of a culture of life, the challenges they face as they
seek to live out the countercultural values of the Gospel, and the
signs of hope that suggest a bright future for the Church.
The rally will close with a holy hour led by Fr.
Thomas Acklin, O.S.B.
The evening session is specifically geared towards people in their
20s and 30s, though all attendees are welcome to attend.
*If you would like to make a donation to
sponsor college students who could not otherwise afford to attend,
you can include it with your registration.
