Curtis Martin is a member of CUF’s advisory council. He served as president of CUF from 1995–98. During his tenure, CUF launched the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS), a national evangelization outreach to college campuses. Martin now serves as president of FOCUS.

Martin is an award-winning and dynamic speaker. Through humor, stories, and his own life experiences, Martin helps people to see how faith in God is lived out in everyday life. He has spoken on college and university campuses, at conferences, and to corporate audiences.

Martin holds a Masters in Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He is a co-author of Boys to Men: The Transforming Power of Virtue and Family Matters: A Scripture Study on Marriage and Family. He also contributed to Catholic for a Reason I: Scripture and Mystery of the Family of God, Catholic for a Reason II: Scripture and Mystery of the Mother of God, and Catholic for a Reason III: Scripture and the Mystery of the Mass.

Martin has written articles for Lay Witness magazine, The Journal for the Fellowship of Catholic Scholars, Couple to Couple League, and Catholic Dossier. He was awarded the inaugural Excellence in Evangelization award by Envoy magazine. He and his wife, Michaelann, host the EWTN television series Family Matters.

Curtis and Michaelann live in Greeley, Colorado, with their seven children.
